01 1. Eligibility & Account Registration

1.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on 399bt, you must be at least 21 years old. Use of the platform by minors is strictly prohibited. 399bt may request necessary documents for age verification at any time, and reserves the right to immediately close an account if the age requirement is not met. This platform is for users aged 21 and above only.

1.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may open only one 399bt account. Having multiple accounts under the same person — using the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — will be considered a violation of this policy. In such cases, all associated accounts may be suspended or terminated and any deposited balance may be forfeited.

1.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You must provide true, complete, and up-to-date information when registering an account. Providing false or fabricated information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds. If any of your information changes, please notify the 399bt support team as soon as possible.

02 2. Account Security & Identity Verification

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details — username and password — completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is prohibited. If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify us immediately at [email protected] or contact us via live chat.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process, 399bt may request the following documents:

• National ID (NID) or a copy of your passport
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used

Withdrawal requests may not be processed until verification is complete. Refusing to submit documents or providing incomplete information may result in the account being temporarily suspended.

03 3. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on 399bt is ৳300. We currently support the following payment methods:

• Bank Transfer (major commercial banks including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

Deposited funds will only be accepted in the account holder's name. Deposits from third-party payment sources will not be accepted, and additional verification time may be required to return such funds.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. However, additional review may be required if KYC verification is incomplete or if unusual transaction activity is suspected.

Withdrawals must be made using the same method that was used to make the deposit, unless that method is unavailable. Once a withdrawal request is submitted, the option to cancel it is limited — please make sure before submitting your request.

04 4. Bonus & Promotion Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a ৳1,200 bonus — making your total balance ৳2,200. Depositing ৳10,000 or more gives a maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — making your total balance ৳15,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Winnings from bonuses must meet a 20x wagering requirement before withdrawal. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit amount. For example: ৳1,200 bonus × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings become withdrawable.

4.3 General Bonus Rules

• Each promotion may only be used in accordance with the specific terms of that promotion.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion terms specifically state otherwise.
• If bonus abuse or fraud is found, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Bonus balance cannot be transferred to another account.
• 399bt reserves the right to change or cancel promotion terms at any time.

05 5. Gaming Rules

On 399bt you can enjoy slots, live casino, sports betting, and other games. Each game has its own rules which are displayed when the game launches. Game results are determined through RNG (Random Number Generator) technology and are completely fair and verifiable.

5.1 Betting Limits

Each game has a set minimum and maximum bet amount, which is clearly shown in the game interface. It is not possible to place a bet outside the set limits.

5.2 Technical Issues

In the event of a technical error during a game — such as an internet disconnection or server problem — 399bt retains the results of all completed games up to the point of the issue. For incomplete game rounds, the rules of the game provider will apply. Contact the support team for any disputes.

5.3 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers betting on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports. The acceptance of bets and the determination of odds are entirely at 399bt's own discretion. If a match is cancelled or postponed, the rules for refunding bets on that match will apply.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure:

• Opening or operating an account using another person's identity
• Creating multiple accounts or placing bets through a third party
• Manipulating the bonus system to gain an unfair advantage
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automation tools to play games
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial transactions
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems
• Misconduct or harassment toward other users
• Providing false or misleading information

07 7. Responsible Gaming

399bt may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity

• Account inactive for an extended period
• Regulatory or legal reasons

12 12. Changes to Terms

399bt reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will send a notification to the email address registered with your account. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
